Mobile Services

We offer end-to-end applications and services to corporate customers, enabling mobile business by integrating our applications into their existing infrastructure. These applications include:

• Messaging Access. This service allows businesses to send and receive SMS messages via industry-standard SOAP/XML web services, HTTP requests, email or SMPP.
• Enterprise Bulk/Campaign Messaging. Businesses can reach out to a targeted audience with this service. This can be a part of a marketing campaign or other promotion. SMS and WAP messages can be sent out.
• Customized Enterprise Messaging Applications. We can develop applications specific to a business or an industry, which can be rapidly developed and deployed using our own Irisgrid Messaging Access platform. High on the list of applications which will be connected this way are ERP and CRP applications. Plug-ins will be made available for existing applications to tie into mobile services.
• Messenger. Irisgrid Messenger will be made available as both a desktop application and a zero-install web-based application. This application, which targets both enterprise and individual users, shall be a complete solution for end-users to manage their own messaging needs. The application will enable the sending and receiving of SMS, MMS, and WAP messages from the user’s computer.
• Customized Mobile Campaigns. Marketing campaigns involving the mobile phone as a medium have several distinct advantages over other forms. The mobile phone is a personal device, messaging is instant, with the possibility for feedback from the target audience, and is highly cost-effective. Apart from bulk messaging, campaigns can be organized in various other forms, including contests and polls, mobile coupons, and surveys.
• Keyword Applications. Messages received on our short-code service can be identified by keywords, which can be rented out by enterprises. A database of incoming messages can then be made available to our clients or a customized application can be developed using our Irisgrid Messaging Access platform for integration with existing business intelligence and data.
• Enterprise Authentication. Enterprises are increasingly moving towards two-factor authentication for network and resource security. This service can provide two-factor authentication by sending a unique code or password to the end-user mobile device, which remains valid for a short period of time and can only be used once. This application can also be used for validation of user logins or sign-ups on web sites.
• Enterprise Email. This application will provide users with the ability to access their corporate email accounts on the go.
